Two years ago, I bought some tax liens at the Tangipahoa Parish sale. I sent out registered letters to the "owners" and got most of them back. I understand that I am now the owner, but I don't have a complete title. After 3 years, should I try again to contact the original owners to see what their status is instead of hiring an attorney to quiet a multitude of titles? I am a bit stumpted at the end game and would appreciate some advice!
